Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sol & Vervain. The following Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our online store.

Orders are generally processed within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Once an order has been successfully placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email. Processing times generally begin after the order has been confirmed.

Processing times may vary during product launches and limited releases, promotional campaigns, seasonal collections, high-volume order periods, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and dispatch an order and does not include delivery transit time.

We currently ship orders within India and to select international destinations.

Domestic Orders (India)

· Free shipping is available on all orders within India

· Orders are generally delivered within 1–7 business days after dispatch

· Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control

International Orders

· International shipping rates and delivery timelines may vary depending on destination

· Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country

· Sol & Vervain is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or international shipping processes

Orders are shipped through The Professional Courier/ST Courier selected by Sol & Vervain.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines provided by courier services are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and courier operations are outside our direct control.

An order marked as “Delivered” by the courier service shall be considered successfully delivered for the purposes of shipping, delivery, refund, cancellation, and replacement requests, unless otherwise determined by Sol & Vervain after review.

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping information at the time of purchase.

Sol & Vervain shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, refused deliveries, or failure to collect shipments.

Orders returned due to any of the above reasons may be cancelled without refund.

Please carefully review and verify your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned, undelivered, or otherwise fails to reach the customer, Sol & Vervain will not be responsible for reshipping the order. In such cases, customers may be required to place a new order at their own expense.
