Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Sol & Vervain online store are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for products purchased through our website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and shipping information before placing an order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you have a concern regarding an order, you may contact us and we may review the matter at our sole discretion. While we will make reasonable efforts to review and address your concern, any request for cancellation, refund, replacement, or other resolution will be subject to our review and approval in accordance with this policy.

Replacement requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:

· Verified transit damage

· Wrong product delivered

· Shipment confirmed as lost in transit by the courier service

Replacement requests are available only for orders delivered within India.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide all relevant photographs, videos, documents, and supporting evidence required for claim verification, including clear photographs of the product and packaging, unboxing videos, the invoice, order confirmation email, shipping label, tracking number, and any other records relating to the shipment or delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
For the replacement claims relating to transit damage, customers may be required to submit a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video. The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly show the shipping label, and capture the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions. Any damage, defect, or discrepancy being reported must be clearly visible in the video. Packages that have been opened prior to recording may not be eligible for review. These requirements help us verify claims accurately, confirm whether damage occurred during transit, and protect against fraudulent or unsupported claims.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision regarding eligibility for replacement shall remain solely with Sol & Vervain.

Approved replacements are subject to product availability. If replacement inventory is unavailable, dispatch may be delayed until stock becomes available.

Replacement requests are not approved for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, customer preference, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, refused deliveries, delivery delays caused by courier services, minor handcrafted or artistic variations, natural characteristics of materials used in our products, differences in color, appearance, or finish resulting from screen settings, photography, lighting, or display variations, damage occurring after successful delivery, claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence, claims submitted after the applicable reporting period, and other relevant reasons as determined by Sol & Vervain.

All international sales are final and are not eligible for replacement, refund, return, or exchange.
